How often do you ship?

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders received after 2pm CST will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email when items ship.

Expedited Shipping Options

Most items offer expedited shipping options. All expedited shipping costs are determined by your shipping address.

Shipping Territory

Currently we ship anywhere in the “lower 48” continental United States. If you live outside this area, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.


RETURN

Return Policy:

General Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as gourmet food, and personal care products cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Goods

If your item is damaged, please submit a clear photo of the item, highlighting the damaged part, to [email protected] with your order’s invoice number.

Incorrect Item Shipped

If an incorrect item was shipped to you, please email [email protected], noting the item you ordered, a photo of the item you received, and your order’s invoice number. We'll do our best to resolve this!

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you haven't indicated an exchange, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
